Sean Raftery, Principal
Based on Australia's Gold Coast, I was first admitted to legal practice in 1995 and have many years' experience in the legal, accounting and banking environments. I have advised clients ranging from individuals and families, businesses of all sizes, through to financial institutions and government bodies in both contentious and non-contentious matters. I am a member of the Queensland Law Society and a registered legal practitioner with the High Court of Australia, Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, and with the Department of Home Affairs.
